Most class rings are made of 10K and 14K Yellow Gold or White Gold. In addition, some styles offer 18K Yellow or White Gold, Ultrium (a fine jeweler’s stainless alloy) and Extreme Silver. Metal offering is dependent upon manufacturing requirements and stability.

Ring repairs generally take 12 – 15 weeks to be repaired and shipped back out.

Remakes generally take 8-10 weeks to be remade and shipped back out.

Herff Jones fully warrants the ring and simulated gemstone to be free from defects in workmanship and/or material at the time of delivery. In addition, the following services will be performed at NO CHARGE: resizing; replacement of broken or defective simulated stones; restore the original finish of ring; change of grad year date while still in school; clean and polish.
